Hi , yes it is the very item and the 6476 is probably a works code. Does it work? That's the question! Anyway, a useful find, especially from a skip. Incidentally, it was sold as a Mirror Ball as Discos had still to be invented! I would guess it was mid 50's. You can work out the reference numbers from the list I gave you, given its size (12") and Voltage (250).
