Hi Sisters of Theta Kappa Phi!

My name is Katherine and I\'m an alumnus of UCSB. I hope your quarter is going well so far...it\'s getting down to the wire! I\'m reaching out to you because I\'m a College Brand Ambassador for the Nike Women\'s Marathon series. It\'s the 10th anniversary of this wonderful event that is coming up in October. If you\'ve never heard of it before, let me give you some info:

-Who: You! Hopefully. :)
-What: Nike Women\'s Marathon (& half marathon)
-Where: San Francisco, CA
-When: October 20, 2013
-Why: For the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Over $128 million has been raised in the last 9 years.
-Cost: Discounted student rate of $150 for the half or full
-Bling Bling: It is the only race with an exclusive Tiffany & Co. finisher\'s necklace

NWM SF is the world\'s largest women\'s half marathon, and it has sold out every year. It\'s dedicated to inspiring the next generation of runners nationwide. I did it for the first time last year and I was so excited the minute I stepped into Union Square and saw the signs for the event. You can really feel the city buzz with excitement. :)

I am helping to recruit college students for this race. Is there any way I can reach out to your active body regarding this event?
