Mother As I Saw Her – Swami Saradeshananda
The Mother’s unmotivated Love – A Second Instance – The Erring young man of Nabasan – 01

Among the children of the Mother were to be found both good and bad ones, as we ordinarily understand these words. Everybody liked those that were good and praised them. The Mother too would be happy to hear about the excellences of her sons, and would even tell others about their good qualities. But there were also some persona of undesirable character among her disciples about whose misconduct she had to hear, much to her chagrin. But this did not, however, dampen her love for them, and her affection flowed to all of them alike, irrespective of their virtues and shortcomings. Nobody ever saw any differentiation in her behaviour in this respect.
