Chas Sinososa is paying for his drug-selling, gang-banging ways in the third level of hell. The handsome, former wrestler is surrounded by cruel beings (Hellots) who have nothing better to do than while away eternity torturing each other.
He makes an odd discovery while glimpsing through the portal to earth and falls in love with, Norkio, an earth-bound woman suffering from schizophrenia. Her mental illness opens a way for them to communicate, but also makes her vulnerable to the atrocities of hell.
Chas is forced to make a choice with horrifying ramifications.
