Two teen boys on summer vacation (Think Bill & Ted’ Excellent Adventure) come to believe they are wanted for murder and, in the course of fleeing across the country, steal an SUV that – unbeknownst to them – contains six stolen surface-to-air missiles and the pregnant girlfriend of the deranged Army officer who stole them.
