The journey of a small blind pug who was born in a puppy mill.
A truck driver, drives down an old highway. He stops in front of a puppy mill. Headlights stay on, illuminating the road. The driver is an ugly, short stocky man in his 40s wearing a raincoat, whistling. His keys hanging from his hands clinking against each other with every step he takes.
Approaching and entering the old barn in the middle of the night, the ugly old man steals a puppy from her filthy cage, her mother pug tries to hold onto her baby. The man tucks the puppy under his arm.
The puppy is thrown into the back of the man’s old beaten up truck. And whisked away during a terrible thunderstorm the puppy is very frightened with the thunder, the lightning and the rain rolling around the back of the truck. The truck swerves and bounces over the potholed roads.
The puppy is left in a pet store and eventually found by loving parents. The little Pug finds herself going blind due to inbreeding in the puppy mill. Two sister pugs helper, adjust to her blindness.
My screenplay “Loving Liberty” has the ability to touch all hearts, a valuable lesson in a most enchanting and accessible manner. Liberty’s journey from the puppy mill to a loving forever home, all are reminded of the importance of empathy, kindness, and cherishing every moment. A fun and educating movie for everyone..
The theme of friendship, and family, and the bond between humans and animals will resonate deeply with the audience. Many lessons to be shared as the new puppies interact with each other, making new friends along the way.
My screenplay touches on the subject of sadness of puppy mills, love of family, and friends. How our small four-legged friends learn to get along. How our animals accept all our differences without judgment. I write Liberty’s heartwarming journey to help us understand we have to do better.
The screenplay “Loving Liberty” We share heartache and joy with a magnificent story ending to keep safe in our hearts forever more.
My dream is to have the screenplay made into an animated movie. With a future of my 100+ short stories in my books made into a TV series.
