Just a heads-up for anyone who hasn't yet seen the PBS documentary on Andrew Jackson. It has some scenes from The President's Lady with Susan Hayward, specifically the scene where she opens the door to Jackson for the first time; the scene where the two of them are dancing; and the one on the boat as Fay Bainter stands on the shore waving to Susan.
I've seen the documentary twice, and it's worth seeing even if Susan weren't in it. But she is, so look for it.
