I found 30 seconds of footage on yahoo videos of the 1956 Cannes Film Festival . I've never seen this footage before and the narration is in French, but there is a very brief segment of Susan receiving her award. You can basically just see her from the back with a bit of a brief side view. I'm not sure but you may have to have a yahoo id to view it but maybe not..it might be worth trying..click the above link.
