It is May 1940 and England is at war. Newly appointed P.M. Winston Churchill faces a daunting task but his speaking skills and eloquence quickly convince Adolph Hitler that he is formidable and must be killed. As the Nazi high command train a select group of assassins to go into England, Churchill's top aid recognizing his vulnerability and reluctance to have a body guard secretly finds a suitable man for the job. The man for the job is middle-aged man sort of pre James Bond who cannot let it be known that he is actually protecting the P.M. How he defeats the assassins and falls in love with a Midlands shopkeeper who helps him out falls into the action-adventure mode with a healthy dose of romance and humor thrown in. Think Craig and Weisz for the main parts.
