A bit rebellious and craving for social independence, a bunch of 1st year college students opt to seek boarding on a farm guests house which hasn't been occupied for a while.
Unbeknown to them, locals believe the place is supposedly haunted by th ghosts of former tenants who perished in a house fire.
In essence, the strange happenings are the works of the farm long serving caretaker who will go to great lengths to conceal his lucrative double life.
