The President of the United States and the President of Russia are on the brink of nuclear war. The two Presidents are captured by a well funded secret organization who have an underground base in Papua New Guinea. The Presidents under strict rules are made to settle their differences. However, as they cannot come to terms, they are made to fight the battle among themselves.
