A tsunami hits the coast of Japan and a local toy store and its occupants are swept away into the sea. Toy Tugboat brothers Taro and Takeshi are tossed into a new unknown world of exciting and some terrifying adventures. The climax of their journey comes when they come to the rescue of two Japanese hearing impaired boys, who have wandered away from an orphanage-convent and unexpectedly get trapped in an undercurrent. A miraculous and unexplained outcome for all the brothers is revealed.
