In the late 19th century Chicago's First Ward was the most corrupt area than other city in the U.S The story is about two street smart detectives Charlie Goodson and his partner Cam Dunn and how they took down the First Ward. Charlie Goodson was a master of disguises. A rich cattleman, professional athlete weathly buisnessman a duke from a foregin country and bum who hung outside the places that were run by the underworld. Cam was the inside man he would get job as a bouncer a bartender working as assistant for some crooked politican and a pimp. Great story how the only two honest cops in that police district that didn't take bribe and how they matched wits against the most ruthless people in Chicago who would anything to protect their buisness.
