Two teenage girls in a small West Virginia town are kidnapped by a sadistic serial killer and taken to a deserted farmhouse where they're tortured. When given the opportunity, one of the girls sacrifices herself so her best friend can escape, only to return as a ghost ten years later to help when her friend crosses paths with the psychotic butcher again.
