The Doctor Leviathan screenplay takes place in a world that has been bathed in an unknown radiation from an exploding star. This radiation caused millions to fall sick with this unknown radiation poisoning while also mutating thousands of human beings into a new race of enhanced super beings and monsters that terrorize the world. Facing them is a dark hero who some say is a monster himself while others say he is a hero. Either way he stands alone against these enhanced and monstrous creatures to protect mankind.
