An agnostic son of a big shot TV evangelist decides to turn his back on the family run ministry, only to be lured back in when his father is taken ill. Dazzled by a world of wealth, excess, charlatans, and debauchery, he must contend with his scheming stepbrother who attempts to seize the ministry and claim all its riches for himself.
