Hi Gaylene, I signed up as a member a few weeks ago. I haven't replied for two reasons. Yahoo won't let me log on and I have been too tired & depressed to care. I had a break down because of the ET that I am coming out of real good now. I have had ET for about 33 years. I am 48 now. A series of events occurred that made me feel like I was back in school with the kids making fun of my shaking. That just pushed me over the edge. I feel a lot better now and will try to figure out how to post & introduce myself on the yahoo group.

I've had the shakes and nervousness for about a month. I thought it was due to my diet which was the Atkins plan I was on for approx 2 months. Then I saw a doctor who told me it was Essential Tremor. I was really shocked and hoped it was something easily treated. I was really glad to see your site and see the trials and tribulations that others have withstood.
