America is overweight. Gas prices are soaring. Big Town is a green government facility that invites obese people to lose all of their unwanted pounds in a weeks' time; painlessly and effortlessly, and at no cost to them. An obese couple, Rose and Bruno, answer the ad and discover that their energy creates electricity. Their fat is converted into an alternative bio-fuel while they sleep, but things go wrong.
