I’m a fledgling author with five published novels under my belt. I’ve adapted my tragi-comedy novel The Other Hamlet Brother into four scripts for a limited series.

The long-absent twin brother of Prince Hamlet returns home to Denmark, unwittingly integrating himself into the events of Shakespeare’s play.

With the recent success of features like Rosaline, The Tragedy of Macbeth, and Ophelia, I think this story would make an impact in the market. It features fourth-wall breaks—reminiscent of She-Hulk and Deadpool—but in a uniquely theatrical manner. It also has strong shades of See How They Run and Birdman, as it’s a love letter to theatre and storytelling.
